Reconciliation Action Plan

Sydney Dance Company is committed to amplifying First Nations people’s voices, stories and perspectives. Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2024 – 2026 formalises this commitment through meaningful and measurable initiatives that will be implemented across our organisation.

Our vision for reconciliation is to create an organisation that collaborates with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, honouring their rich heritage and significant contributions. We will do this by promoting cultural diversity, inclusion and empowerment through our management, artistic offerings, partnerships, training, and community engagements.
